From any of the airports, our recommended travel option is to rent a car to get around in the area and enjoy the nearby beaches and places. (Don't forget to bring a credit card to avoid mandatory insurance at the dealers).
Car
We strongly recommend the use of handsfree navigation solutions with live traffic and speed camera warnings as for example Waze, leveraging the free EU roaming.

From Málaga airport take the vía AP-7 (toll road) or the A7 to Algeciras and from Algeciras follow directions to Tarifa.

From Gibraltar airport take Autovía del Mediterráneo/A7 and N-340 in direction Algeciras and then Tarifa.

From Jerez Airport take the vía A-381 to Tarifa.

Busses
From Málaga Airport, there are two companies:
From Gibraltar Airport, take a stroll to Spain and then,

If not, check bus to Algeciras here and then bus from Algeciras to Tarifa here​
From Jerez Airport, there are two companies Jerez – Tarifa, but you might need to go to Jerez town first.

There isn't a train station in Tarifa but the nearest train stations are:
