Tarifa

Tarifa is a popular summer destination in southern Spain so we recommend you book a place to stay to your liking on time, scroll down to see a list of recommendations in the three key areas, ranging from more exclusive to budget.

There is also plenty on offer on booking.com and airbnb but do make sure it is in Tarifa if you're looking to use the arranged bus from and to the wedding location.

Other than our wedding, Tarifa has plenty of things to do:

  • Great tapas bars and restaurants in Tarifa old town followed by very lively nightlife.

  • Tarifa has amazing beaches. It is the kite and windsurfing capital of Europe so it can become quite windy.

  •  Whale, Killer whale and dolphin watching tours.

  • Day trips to Tanger (Marocco) by Ferry

Beach

Just outside Tarifa town, there are a set of amazing hotels right on the beach. A car to get from and to the village is definitely required, but you get amazing facilities and views in return.
